This Sunday saw the 11th annual Teen Choice awards held in LA. There were no surprises that vampire flick ‘Twilight’ was the big winner of the night taking home 11 Teen Choice Awards. But enough about the actual awards, let’s take a look at what some of the stars wore on the red carpet (well actually it was more of a grassy carpet)…
Vanessa Hudgens
‘High School Musical’ Star Vanessa Hudgens looked stunning in a purple Christian Dior dress, definitely one of the contenders for dress of the day.
Emma Roberts
Actress Emma Roberts (niece of the brilliant Julia Roberts) toughened up her white embellished mini dress with black ankle boots. My personal fave dress of the day- love that black embellishment!
Kristen Stewart
‘Twilight’ actress Kristen Stewart rocked up on the red carpet (let’s just call it a red carpet to be simple!) wearing a spiky Rock and Republic mini dress.
Ashley Greene
Ashley Greene (also of ‘Twilight’ fame) kept it girly with a strapless floral number.
Britney Spears
Singer Britney Spears looked healthy wearing a sparkly Roberto Cavalli black mini.
Fergie
Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie dazzled in a short multi-coloured Marc Jacobs sequined dress. Check out that huge silver cuff!
Kristen Bell
Actress Kristen Bell was one of the few celebs to stay away from a mini dress and instead opted for a black Topshop jumpsuit.
Leighton Meester
Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester wowed the carpet in a nautical number wearing a striped Louis Vuitton dress with red platform heels. Sorry Vanessa, but I think this cute outfit wins the title for dress of the day!
Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana was the talk of the night with her on-stage pole dancing antics and her outfit. Miley wore a white vest top and a black sequined micro mini, teamed with plenty of chains for a rock’n’roll touch. However, some say the outfit was far too revealing for a 16-year-old to be wearing…
Whereas the girls went all out glam for the awards show the men (boys?) opted for a smart casual look: *this is in no way an excuse to post pictures of Zac Efron and Chace Crawford…*

I think Vanessa Hudgens always looks amazing…i’m well jealous of her! I’ve got to say though that Robert Pattinson never has, and never will, be an object of my desire though! Sorry! In fact, none of those men are my type…but i think that Chace Crawford is the best dressed.
Also it’s nice to see Britney looking healthy…i’ll always love her!!

Vanessa’s dress is amazing, but Emma’s just edged it for me.
Oh and Jenna he is not the object of my desire too (but he is for a lot of girls apparently)! I just don’t “get it”.
